DECLARATIONS
As the grand prize winner of the United Nations International Award in Art, there are nine cities around the world that I have been honored to present the Cultural and Artistic City declaration to.
In order for this to happen, a city must meet certain requirements showing that the arts are incorporated into peace building efforts and economic growth within the community.
